Project Description
The Boulevard in Rolleston is a conveniently & easily located lifestyle village set on approximately 6 hectares of north facing land. mcl’s landscaping team worked on this project for five years with a few lockdowns thrown in.
mcl enjoyed creating these beautiful lawns and gardens that will be enjoyed by all residents and their family for years to come.
Plantings consisted of native flora and perennial shrubs creating a colourful exciting space to suit all seasons. Bark was applied to help with maintaining a low maintenance, weed free garden, adding a great finished look.
mcl also created and installed a carefully designed pond to suit the landscape and to add a point of difference.
The pond is very dynamic and can be viewed from some of the villas and there is also a walkway with strategically placed viewing decks that can be accessed by all residents. A perfect place to soak up the tranquillity and admire some creative garden art.
